After just eight weeks of aerobic conditioning, it is possible to demonstrate an average improvement of 29.2% in cardio-vascular efficiency. Work rates are more easily achieved and recovery is faster.





The relative strength of quadriceps over hamstrings can be the cause of frequent and recurring injury. This graph demonstrates the correction of this imbalance, resulting in a 10% reduction of the imbalance in only seven weeks.





In a short period of time it is possible to improve reaction times, balance and coordination. The results show an average time reduction of 0.9 of a second, and an improvement of up to 26% over only six weeks.
